help on a build

Hi all that have took the time to actually read this but I'm a first time pc builder and was wondering if somebody could put together a list of a good build because I don't know all that much about what's good with what 

 

 

But anyways I would like a rig that could play games on 1080p at 60fps on ultra with maybe a possibility of VR 4k is NOT needed 

 

 

Also I've been liking the cooler master cosmos 2 case overkill much or should I get something smaller

The first thing would be to decide on a budget. Did you have one in mind?

For example the budget for my current build was $1000.

Once you know the budget you can figure out what you can afford to buy

Sorry for not listing a budget guys I wasn't really thinking when I wrote this  but I'm not really planning on buying everything at once (I know I should) but this is just gonna be a side project for me so budget isn't really all that much of an issue
