So I am in need of some first-hand experience help preferably from people who have used both Logitech and Corsair products (though I am open to other brands. (except razer)).

I just built my brand new rig but I am stuck on some not so nice peripherals which include but are not limited to, Skullcandy SLYR headphones with a broken mic, a wireless hp keyboard from 2008, and the MX anywhere 2.

peripherals from several companies and just need help deciding what to buy first as well as which brand to buy from. If possible I would like to stick with one brand but I can probably be convinced otherwise. The prices are based on the min and max cost from most expensive potential choice combination to least. I am looking at this price range but the headphones are probably the last thing that I need to get (they also happen to be one of the more expensive things besides the keyboard)

this may sound moot, but in my experience a $20 keyboard and mouse is just as nice as $100 dollar ones, and mouse pads can be homemade, but 1 thing is clear, you need nice audio and monitor

Well I'm running on a membrane keyboard currently so I'm going big or going home considering that I have a fair bit of spending money.

That is true but people also like for build quality and looks.  A $20 keyboard and mouse are cheap yes but they could break easily and don't look the best.

i5 12600k | ASRock Z690M-ITX 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz | EVGA 2080 Super Black | Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB + 980 1TB | Corsair RMx 650W | Thermaltake Tower 100 White

The sensor you often get in a 20$ i cant play with. They spin out.

To OP.

I would avoid the M65 Pro and G502 due to its weight and gimmicky sniper button.

For keyboard I would take the Logitech G810 over the others since its cheaper.

For headset the G933 is a higher end product with better mic but i found the Voids more comfy when I tried them at Dreamhack last year so that choice is up to you.

For mouse I would take the G403 or the Sabre (if its the optical, if its the laser verison definatly go with the G403).

And for mousepad I would go with a cloth pad.

Thanks so much! I might go with the polaris mouse pad still :) just to piss off everyone who sees my setup

I personally like the weight of the g502, and you can reprogram the sniper button to anything else.

Its not its function that is the issue, but the placement. It can disturb your grip and you might accidentally press it. This is more of a problem on the M65 though.

And for weight, most people seem to like light mice, including esports players that play fps games. Reasons why you'd want a light mice are: less drag against mousepad, not as much strain on wrist and less momentum to counter when stopping. One reason i have heard in favor of heavy mice is that they are more stable for small aim adjustments.

I suppose with peripherals everyone is different, I personally like the placement, l just keep the tip of my thumb on it and apply pressure to grip the mouse with the lower area of my thumb (around the knuckle area), as for the weight I don't have any technical reason, i just prefer having something nice and big and heavy, and I also put all of the weights in.
