Today i bought 3DMark and i wanted to test my oc  and after 2 test Stock vs OC i was really confused

1.The stock clock won 2668:2559 OC (Time Spy)o.O

2.I was monitoring the Core clock and  when i oc my Gpu it always stayed below the stock instead of going higher :o

Is there maybe a bottleneck somewhere or im doing something wrong ?

I had this issue a couple of days ago. I overclocked my gpu and suddenly the clock speed locked at 540 mghz. I fixed it buy restarting computer and re applying the overclock.
