$200 CAD Speakers

In the market to buy new speakers for my pc. I have a 2.1 channel set of Altec Lansing speakers that are amazing, but the sub is slowly but surely dying.

 

I really like the aesthetic of the AudioEngine 5's, but I'm not liking the price at all. Anyone have any recommendations for something that looks elegant and sounds good with a sub?

 

Looking to spend a maximum of 200 CAD, would possibly spend a little more depending on the sound / looks.

Edifier and also Kanto make some pretty nice speakers. you'd most likely have to buy a sub separate though

You're not going to get a really decent sub AND speakers for that price. Best bet would be something Logitech.

 

My recommendation would be the Mic a PB42X and a Dayton sub-1000. I expect that to be over budget in CA. though.
