CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($299.75 @ Vuugo) if you wanna overclock. get the 6500 if you don't.
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS10X Extreme Ball Bearing CPU Cooler  ($23.26 @ DirectCanada) performs better than the 212 evo for less.
Motherboard: ASRock Z170A-X1/3.1 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($109.98 @ NCIX) if you're not overclocking, get a cheaper mobo.
