Inline hook ntoskrnl.exe?

Hey all,

 

I ran my avg antivirus scan and it came up with all of these results:

I'm unable to remove it through AVG, and I tried running Malware Bytes (Both the anti-malware and anti-rootkit versions) and nothing is detected. Does anyone know what this is, what causes it, and most importantly how to get rid of it?
