Mouse problem:(

Hi guys,

first sorry for bad eng(i will try my best)..

I have terible mouse problem,i`m trying to fix it last 5 days,i tried everything,i google all day long and no solution..If you can help me i will be your best man on wedding

Here is mine pc:

cpu: i6700

ram: ddr4 3000mhz 16gb

mb: Z170 PRO

gpu: 280x

monitor : xl2411z

mouse :Zovie fk2

I`m playing cs go 99% game time,and mine aim is very very important to me,5 days ago i was using AMD platform and everything was good,soon i switch to Intel platform problems starts...

When moving mouse,it feels like it has mouse accel or v sync...Mouse movement feels soooo float`y,like moving on ice.

I tried every setting.I change/revert 1000 times every possible option.I tried different mouse,all the same.

I think i starting to loose my mind...PLZZZZ HELP ME .I don`t know what to do more.
