Hi guys,

I'm trying to revive an old Intel DX58OG board with an Intel i7 920. Here is a photo album: http://imgur.com/a/zFy3o

I think the pins might be bent, but I'm not sure. I included images in the imgur album. If I unplug the CPU power the fans will spin very fast and the post code LED will not display anything. With the power connected, the post code will give either 17 or bF. Any help?

yes just push the pin back with a small thing. it might be shorting on the pin above it when you put the cpu in.
