Having touble modding Fallout 4

Hello all, I'm trying to get some mods installed from the Nexus so I can refresh my next Fo4 play through.  I've gone from site to site, looking for any other way to get it to work, I've altered my .ini I've changed codes here and there, but nothing seems to work.  For the record I'm downloading with the NMM.

 

Any help I get will be greatly appreciated.
