Best LG IPS Settings

Hello everyone,

 

I have a LG 23" IPS (23MP68VQ-P) and after looking at the settings I can't quite reach a sweet spot

I also have a gtx 1060, i5 6600k and an asus z170-a.

Could anyone tell me a couple of profles (one for movies\videos other for games) to take the best out of the monitor?
