wireless network connection doesn't have a valid ip configuration!!

wireless network connection doesn't have a valid ip configuration > windows 7

 

I have tried troubleshooting/unplugging and making sure everything is plugged in right. How do i fix the problem!

 

It's on my desktop with the wireless adapter > TL-WDN4800
