Help with cousin's used computer, issues installing drivers

My 10 y/o cousin came over today proudly holding a new computer he recently received as a gift! It's an old office machine from a casino (Specs here) but should work better than the iMac he's been using for the past few years. I got him set up and tried to start a game of Minecraft, but got a  "Lack of updated graphics drivers" error. Apparently the guy who wiped the machine and gifted it to him didn't reinstall anything.

Much to my dismay I discovered that Intel only makes drivers for the Q45/Q43 Express Chipset for Windows 7 and earlier, and using the Intel Driver Update Utility to install the generic drivers gives an "Unknown error" and spits out this log. I was hoping the generic driver would be the answer, and I'm hoping someone can help me find a solution for whatever the error is in the log I linked to avoid downgrading Windows.

If that can't be done, I'm thinking downgrading to Windows 7 would be the solution. The case of the computer has a sticker on it with a product key for Win 7 Pro, and I was wondering if that could be reused to install 7 off a bootable flash drive to avoid buying another key.

I'm hoping someone can help me with either of the questions I bolded above. Sorry if there's a lot of info, I tried to sum it up as best I could! If you need any other info ask and I'll try to post it.

Windows 7 driver should normally work flawless with Windows 10.

But if there is no dedicated GPU in that system, you won't be playing any Minecraft in the future anyways.

Also im not sure, if it is such a good idea, to post your Windows licence key on the interwebs, you might consider removing it.

Not sure where you saw a product key in the files I linked to, I can't see it.

The driver wouldn't install when I tried, it told me the computer didn't meet the requirements for the software.

I played Minecraft for years on a laptop w/o dedicated graphics and didn't have issues, I'm not too worried. He'll get a used GPU eventually. (Besides I always though MC was more CPU-intensive than GPU.)

The part on line 25 "Serial Number" pretty much looks like the windows key for me.

Try the zip version and installing via the Windows Device Manager. But like i said the Q43 Chipset media accelerator won't really help much for 3D.
But you can give it a try anyway. A craptastic 16€ videocard will give you more then double the performance.

I think that's the S/N for the machine itself, it came pre-built so it would have a number. It doesn't match the Windows key.

I'll try the ZIP install, thanks! I know this thing won't run anything very great but he's too excited to hear that his new computer won't play anything well haha. I'll keep poking around for used cards.
