PC WON'T TURN ON!

Hello, my new PC build just won't turn on, I have every cable perfectly in place, but the power cord of the power supply doesn't seem to work or maybe is the power supply itself. Basically, I can't turn on the PC on my room, but when I go to the living room I connect it to the power outlet and after a couple of tries my PC turns back on, BUT if I touch the power cable slightly it shut he whole system on, please can someone tell me what's the problem?

Try a different cable lol, if you can't find one, use the one that comes with your monitor if you have an old one.

You obviously have something wrong with your power supply, do you have another one you can test it with?

I've tried 2 other different cables and still doesn't work, I'm going to buy a Power supply and hopefully that fixes everything.
