Need help building new pc

hey everyone,

I'm building my first Pc ever, so i'm very new to this.

but i need some advice on what to buy.

my budget is between 600.- and 1000.-

I want to run Arma 3 and Squad 60fps, doesnt need to be ultra settings,

and i want to play the new games in the future with ease.

Is this USD? Do you need headset, mouse, keyboard, monitor???

I forgot to ask, what can i re  use from my old pc? like harddrives etc.
i dont need headset and mouse and keybourd etc, i have all that.

What are your current specs? We might be able to salvage some parts from your computer.

Okay, its a quite old pc:

Processor:

AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1075T Processor

3.0 GHz

Memory:
8GB

Drives:

Total: 1,8 TB
Graphics card:

It doesnt work anymore, i dont know why, i doesnt pop up in device manager,

this is one of the reasons i want a new pc
