PSU is not great and probably not the best value but it is fine for a GTX 950.

you don't need a 700 watt psu for that build. 6600k isn't very power hungry and neither is the 950. save some money on the psu and get the i7 6700k and asus z170 mobo combo on newegg

Something like an EVGA G2, B2, GS, GQ, P2, Anything from Seasonic or XFX (excluding the XT), Corsair Gray label CX, RMi, RMx, HXi, Antec High Current Series.

If you want more to choose from, look at this list at the top 3 tiers.
