Hey,so i bought today a new cooler for my cpu cause the old one broke and when the new cooler was installed,i turned on the pc to check the temperatures.I looked at them a while and saw how the temperatures are jumping from 30 to 40+ and down again to 30.

Please help,this didnt happen with stock intel cooler!!!

Do you have enough thermal compound/ did you remove the sticker on the bottom of the new cooler?

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700 GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070 Cooling: N/A  Motherboard: N/A  Ram: 32GB

Eh, Too much isn't really a thing with thermal compound, too much means its spilling everywhere. Maybe your cooler is adjusting fan speeds depending on the temp?

it doesnt really matter what the idle temps are. the load temps are the only thing thats important.
