There would be almost no difference in performance between them. Just choose whichever you like the most or is cheapest. If I had to pick, I would get the Gigabyte becuase it the cheapest and I personally prefer them over Sapphire (Both are fine though).

the one with 4GB of VRAM will be better. they will be pretty much identical in almost every other way other than their VRAM capacity.

You should wait before they are cheaper,  I have used 1a and all of ther products get cheaper over time. I would get the 4gb model, because some games like to eat vram.

You can look around,  i am sure u can find cheaper ones some where in Riga. Or even look in ss. Lv. If you buy in October I could sell you my r9 280x for 150 Euro, but I don't live in Riga
