OnePlus 3 Data unavailable

So yesterday the OnePlus 3 I ordered showed up. I've been using it for about a day now and the cellular data just isn't working. I tried going into settings and seeing if it needed to be switched on but it was already on. I have 500mb of 4gLTE and after thats out I have unlimited 3g for a month. The calling and texting works just fine. And its not that the data has a bad signal. My old nokia worked fine with the data on my sim card. It just tells me on my OnePlus 3 that there is no internet without even trying to load on google chrome. Please help I might need this data problem solved sometime soon.
