Having problems when streaming

So for some reason when i try to stream CSGO now i get at most 210 FPS. THis is odd because just last month i was getting 350 on the same video settings. Also those combined is only using 60% of the CPU Usage. Does anybody know why this might be happening?

Its actually pretty bad because it drops to 150.

Most of the time i average around 400, and around 350 when streaming. But now im having this problem :'(

not really a problem, probably just a bad driver if you updated to the latest, its a problem if you get like 2 fps,

 

games have updates, video drivers haver updates, windows has updates,

 

and all or any of those can easily cause FPS loss.

 

 

i get around 300 FPS with my i5 and 390 and since the last cs go update i get like 20 less
