According to that you should be fine, although your running an A4. However you have a GTX 650. Are you planning on purchasing the GTX 650? I highly suggest you spend a little more and buy the GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB which can be found as low as $149 USD.

I'm not sure if it would bottleneck it but the FX-6300 would defently give you a big performance boost

That would be a good plan, also look at a 990x board, bit more expensive but will help your build last longer as its has more features and OC better ;)

hey, i wanted to know if an A4-3400 APU bottlenecks a GTX 650?? if so then i might upgrade to a FX-6300, will there be a difference in performance?

a 6300 wouldn't fit in your motherboard. a amd A10 is the fastest thing you could put in you board and you could get a 7750 to crossfire with the apu and maybe get better performance than a 650.

Rig Specs:

AMD Threadripper 5990WX@4.8Ghz

Asus Zenith III Extreme

Asrock OC Formula 7970XTX Quadfire

G.Skill Ripheartout X OC 7000Mhz C28 DDR5 4X16GB

Apu crossfire is a failure..
