MObo size case help

so i am modeling an cuxstom pc desk my moms partner in her job's going to build, he needs exact measurements, as he would, what is the length of the little metal thing you pop in to the case, for help here is the mobo https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J2LIGBS/?tag=pcpapi-20

Version 2.1 of the ATX specification states that the length of standoffs needs to be at least 0.25 inches (6.4 mm), with their cross sections fitting within 0.40 by 0.40 inches (10 mm × 10 mm) square areas centered around each mounting hole on ATX motherboards.

no like the part that goes over all the ports on the side, to keep it protected or whatever,
