Make sure the RAM is fully seated. And it looks like you have no SATA power plugged in for your hard drive. Try plugging that in and the SATA data from the hard drive to the motherboard.

The only other thing I can think of is if the CPU isn't in right. Which would be weird. But, the motherboard doesn't have an area for error codes. So, there's no way to see the issue.

I was lookin at the troobleshooting guide and i saw this atx-power-bypass.jpg

But i dont know for what works... maybe this would help?

I think that's a power supply test method. To get the power supply to send power to the other sections without being plugged into a motherboard.

 

I would recommend taking the whole thing computer apart and rebuild from scratch on the motherboard box. And plug into a monitor or different TV if you can.

 

But you can try resetting CMOS by removing the cell battery from the board for a minute then putting it back in first.

So, I browsed some of the AMD forum. Some suggestions:

  • Try to boot without the PCI-E cable plugged in
  • Try to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI after powering on
  • Try a different HDMI cable

I forgot to close the post here, it was the motherboard, was a factory problem the store where i buy it changed it , and i bought a Gigabyte gaming , from there everything was smooth and my pc its working really god , thanks for your help!
