I have a Tesla M2070. I want to actually help mankind, so wanna build a PC to do it. I will constantly donate power, and run the system 24/7. What is the cheapest system i could build for it (I have little cash) and if possible, where could I get donated parts?

if you happen to have a free geek near you, they sell individual parts for very cheap. Beyond that, check for local pc refurbishers/ recyclers. Maybe one of them will have spare parts you can buy.

I'm in the UK, I googled it. No local PC part recycle establishment.
