Restore deleted file??

Accidentily deleted a word file , i also cleared the bin and now the file is gone , any way to restore it??

System restore isnt too recent so that wouldnt work ;_;

 

had a bunch of files on desktop that were trash so i just selected them and deleted them , should of looked.

Scanned it multiple times, still havent found it, just found an older file of the same word that is a month old which is unrecoverable.

 

what settings should i use?? ;_;

I normally just use all the ones that take forever as it usually works the best. Though it will take FOREVER.

Still havent found the file after 40 minutes ..
