Router Recommendations?

Looking to beef up my girlfriends wifi network at her house, they currently have an outdated one that only has a 1 bar connection one room over. I was going to buy this at bestbuy, but the sales rep said to stay away from "anything Belkin", so I didn't buy it. Does anyone have a recommendation for the 60-80 dollar price point, or a reason to spend more?

 

I am running a 2MB/s download .2MB/s upload internet package which works fine wired.

Any specific one? Every single review seems to have some instances of "Don't Buy!" or "Failed after 1 year!".
