mouse / audio problems on 1070 install

so today i go my gtx 1070 through the post woop woop :P and installed it 

 

but for some reason my mouse stutters sometimes (bout 3 to 4 stutters every 15 secks ish) ive uninstalled all of my graphix drivers (using dds) and my mouse and audio drivers (due to audio distortion whenever my mouse stutters)

 

ive restarted and reinstalled all of the drivers and then restarted again and the problem still persists.

 

this is my 3rd gpu install and iv never any problems before
