bootlooping after witcher 3 crash.... help?

so i was playing witcher when suddenly the screen got filled With red and green Blocks. then it just started bootlooping..

 

Ive tried all the obvius thing like disconnecting everything clearing cmos etc. but still no luck

 

Specs:

Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3 (dual bios btw)

I5 4690k overclocked to 4.6ghz (in Windows, so the overclock is not at fault.

Corsair CX600M

R9 390 8GB 1200Mhz 1500mhz

 

Anyone have any Clue?
