PC Boot Looping

Hi looking for some help with my PC basically in the past few mounts my PC has started to do this boot loop that i cant seem to fix at all. So i click the power button of my PC and then it's about a 50 50 chance if it gets to the white bios screen and then ones it gets to that point it stays there for around 30 seconds and then it just shuts off and then loops again and again but not even getting to BIOS screen. To get my PC to boot i have to keep trying to turn it off at the PSU wait and then turn it back on and go through the loop till it works i have to do this every time i want to go on my PC was wondering if theirs anything i can try. I also can not get into the BIOS at all when it dose get to the BIOS screen none of the keyboard shortcuts work I have tried every one (F11, DEL ... ) all of them and nothing so can even look in BIOS for anything.

ok trouble shooting 101, remove everything that is un needed and start from there. that includes hard drives and memory and if possible all you need is 1 memory stick, cpu and cooler and nothing more. and if it works fine, then you put one more memory sitck and you turn it on, and you keep doing it untill it wont do it. then you remove that one item and see if it works.

but its usually a few things, as unseated electronics, that can cause that issue and removing and reinstalling it can fix it.

if you dont know what your doing then dont do anything as you may do more damage than you think.
