Hey Everyone! So I recently decided to build a super penny pincher PC. I already have the case, psu, storage, and gpu. all I need now is the motherboard, cpu, and ram. I have 150$ left in my budget for these parts. I am having a bit of a hard time figuring out what parts I buy. The build is for my cousin's birthday and he loves to play minecraft, and half-life 2. He wants a better computer than his parents old PC that he currently uses, which has a pentium d @ 2.6GHz, a GT 710, and 3gb of ram.

The only things I need in a list is an ITX motherboard, because the space he has for the PC isn't massive. It also needs to have 8gb of ram.  The GPU was scavenged from another system, so if the list has an APU in it rather than a CPU that's fine. Thanks for your time, and help!
