Weird Fullscreen Chrome issue

Hey guys, so I've got a quite weird issue with Chrome right now, simply when I fullscreen a video on my 2nd monitor with Chrome it does NOT fit the whole screen. However internet explorer does. Just fine. I've tried disabling my various extensions, tried going incognito. Did not change a thing. 

Couple screenshots to try and give you guys a better understanding

As you may also notice, the colors seem WAY better on IE for some reason? Yea. Anyway any of you guys or gals know what the hell is up?
