Xbox One S Controller Pairing Issues

I'm trying to pair my new Xbox One S Controller to my PC, but when I try to pair it, it comes up with this:

And it doesn't connect. There is no response from the controller after this. How do I bypass this? I also even just updated to the Anniversay Update and still no luck.

If you're using external hardware to connect the controller, check to make sure it is connected correctly, and that you have the drivers installed.

 

If that isn't an option, I would do a restart and try again.
