Windows 10 will not install

My new windows 10 for my built PC keeps on saying, "Windows needs to restart to finish the download" or something like that, and make me download windows 10 again and again and again. It's an endless loop.

Unplug ethernet, restart into safe mode, then restart again into normal mode?

In theory it should work for most poorly programmed auto runs

If nothing popped up try to restart normally

It's in safe mode downloading, should it work after this restart now?

If it doesnt work then im stumped. Youd have to manually hold shift and press restart to get into some windows repair stuff. I hope this work though, safe mode means nothing will be interfering, and no ethernet means no auto downloading of drivers.

Yea, it just restarted to finish the download but it's the same thing, telling me which download I wanna do, I click custom, and download it over again

Id try to reinstall windows from scratch again. This time unplug all access to internet and it should be fine. Once you get into the OS is when I would update drivers and such.

So unplug the USB and restart my PC?

Usb? Unplug the RJ45, remove any wifi adapters. Reinstall from scratch

The windows ten is USB form, and what is the rj45? Sorry it's my first build

The windows 10 usb is fine, have that in, but anything else other than the cable to the monitor,mouse,keyboard, and power cable, you should remove them

Im on my ipad right now, but you can probably google an RJ45 cable
