So you're comfortable with spending 7000 dollars on this for program/animation design and gaming?
Don't think the dual GPU's are necessary and the CPU is also way over the top.

oh i know dual gpu's are not necessary and i know the cpu is over the top for what I will be doing with this and yes i am fine dropping this much on it it is my own pursonal pc which i want

I really think you should wait for a dual 2011-3 board that is compatible with V4 Xeon E5, then drop 2 2687Ws in, for a total of 24 cores / 48 threads and a higher clock speed (3.0 GHz) and most importantly, about $600 cheaper than a single 2699V4

Also don't get Founder Edition, look for custom 1080s
