Could you try something? Turn off XMP and make sure that your dram voltage is set to 1.35 volts. Then set your dram frequency to something like 2800 MHz (make sure the target BCLK in yellow is at 100 MHz) and then see if it loads. If that works step it up to 3000 then 3200.
