anyone know this missing driver?

A quick google search brings it up as a USB charging driver (Fintek(R) 501). Really there is no need for it unless you want it.

If you want to just download it from asus: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO-ALPHA/HelpDesk_Download/ 

it will be in utilities.
