Hello, I am unsure what has caused this problem. I'm not sure if it was from my second hdd or that when I put Windows 10 on my almost empty hdd, my current Primary HDD.

When I go to delete certain files such as a Payday 2 file in my appdata local (This isn't the only file) it prompts me with, You need permission from both administrators. (BRANDON/Brandon). I go into my folder properties to see who owns the folder. It's owned by 3 accounts that are unknown 2 of them which are the same, they all have a string of numbers attached. Underneath those accounts, it shows; System;Local Service,Network Service, Admins BRANDON/Admins and

Users BRANDON/Users.

I am not sure where this other account came from and was wondering if anyone can help, At the moment I am just debating to reset my pc or not.

TIA

Thank you so much! If I do it on my C: Drive will I take permission of all folders or will I need to do them all manually ?

I doubt you can do it on the entire C drive without fucking something up

I'd suggest you do it on the folder(s) you need to delete
