Keyborad not working on notebook

Hi Guys

I'm running on an Acer Aspire V3-571G and suddenly my keyboard stopped working. The OS i'm using is Windows 10.

If I look under Device Manager, it says "Windows can not start this hardware device because its

configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"

 

Can anyone help?
