Im getting this build. any suggestions?

If possible, I'd try to find that 1070 at a lower price. That's a little crazy (although I know CAD is down the drain right now). If you can, perhaps upgrade the motherboard to an m5/m7 if you want to stick with MSI. Otherwise looks good!

Yes CAD is pretty shit, but why should I upgrade to an m5 or m7?

The build is not bad, but I would try to scout out a better priced GTX 1070, you can probably get one closer to the ~570 range unless you have a brand preference.

You get more features for your board, and the M5 isn't that much more expensive.

If you're going to be overclocking it might be nice to have the nicer board. I believe the M7 has better power delivery, and the M5 might as well (but not sure). The main reason though is that the M5 is not much more, but has better features, so it's just nice to have.

If he's thinking of overclocking he shouldn't even think of MSI, Get Asus or Asrock boards.
