Will push pull on this radiator cause extreme dust build up over time?  Will be replacing default Corsair fans with Noctua NF-F12 IPPC 2000RPM fans

prolly as most cases run a negative pressure system, they'll draw unfiltered air into the case and the exhaust fans will have dust build up. but this will happen to any fan used.

push/pull has no effect on dust. and push/pull isn't necessary if you use the proper fan in the first place.
