What are you using for installation? CD/USB??? Are you trying to install it thru windows 10 or did you create a boot drive?

I'm a educated fool with money on my mind.

They say i got to learn but nobody here to teach me,if they can't understand it how can they reach me

Power and the money, money and the power, minute after minute, hour after hour

Hey I'm using the USB for instillation and I've done the "advanced startup" from windows 10 to get into the windows installation from the boot drive.

Hey, my system is an AMD build:
AMD A8-6600K
Corsair H55
16GB Dual Channel Corsair RAM
GTX 560TI
MSI A78-E35
1tb HDD
2X Samsung 850 EVO 250GB RAID 0
500W Corsair PSU
NZXT S340 Case
The Windows is installer is on a USB stick that's plugged into the front IO on my case that's a USB 3.0 port but the USB stick is only 2.0.

Try to plug the drive to a USB 2.0 port. For me the driver that it asks for it's the USB 3.0 controller so you need to use a 2.0
