Server: beep sounds need help

I have an intel S2600GL server board that is making beep noises when booting up. 

 

I have installed one cpu (out of the two), 2 x non ecc 1600mhz working ram from my desktop pc, a power supply and a cable to my screen.

 

Long beep = LONG

Short beep = SHORT

PAUZE = ~

 

the beep is as follows :   LONG ~ SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT ~ SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT ~ SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT

 

Anyone any idea's? thanks!

Some server boards only work with both cpus installed.

Installed the second cpu, removed the ram. Beep is exactly the same when booting up. Nothing on the screen yet. Only diffrence is about 8 led's (around the cpu & ram) started lighting up orange a couple times then stopped

EDIT: all the way at the bottom, in the appendix of beep codes, is this:

1-5-4-4 : power control fault (power good assertion timeout) : power unit sensors report soft power control failure offset.

it has a table of contents, of which one states "post code errors"

 

it's not like they can make it easier for you, can they?

Manual = referring to the led blinks,  not to the beeping sounds.
