PC randomly freezing and making weird sound

My PC has started randomly mostly during games mostly CSGO but that is what i do a lot. It will freeze and make a loud screeching sound and become unresponsive my pc setup is on my profile any help is apreciated

Screeching noise? That sounds terrifying! Anyways, what's your temperatures like?

They never go above like 70-75 at most maybe 80 never has hit 100 or something like that

How long have you had this PC? And how often does this occur? Describe the sound abit.

I have had it for only 7 months and the sound is like a grinding sound that is almost like a tv static sound
