According to THIS article, both RX460/470 should be launched on August 4th.

 

Edit: Pardon me... Only RX470 is planned on August 4th, RX460 should arrive later.

it seems like this article is right, atleast about rx 460. I just checked my local retailer and they already have rx 460 listed, however not in stock yet. Rx 460 here is priced at 212euros...I hope its only a place holder for a while and it will be way cheaper down the road
