Making a windows install disc

Before anyone starts to think from the title that I'm trying to get Windows illegally, I'm not; please read the whole thread.

 

I am about to finish building a PC, and I have a verified licence key that I bought separately. However, I don't want to have to buy another install disc/licence key when I have a licence key already.

 

Is there somewhere I can download the Windows 7 install files to copy onto a USB drive, or is this not possible?
