2 gpu's 2 monitors

I was wondering, for my next build i was thinking of buying two GTX 1080 graphics cards to power two Acer predator Z35's how could i make one graphics card per monitor and have it work in a surround sound setting or would it just be better to stick with one GTX1080 or one GTX titan XP when it comes out. (this is going to be a water cooled build)

Okay, what is your budget firstly? And secondly, the surround won't be an issue if you're outputting from your MoBo or like a sound card.

Sorry i meant a surround display. and i dont have a budget.  Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 8GB AMP! Extreme Video Card   this is the graphics card i was to do a 2 way water cooled sli with im gonna get a
