Question about Logitech g600

I have a quick question over the last couple of weeks I've noticed my g600 has developed a bit of a double click issue on the left mouse button,   it doesn't happen all the time but it has been getting a bit more frequent,   I've also noticed its easier to replicate the issue when I click on the left mouse button in the by putting the pressure down on the upper right hand corner near the scroll wheel something that's easy to do for me naturaly due to my thick fingers.   Also the mouse is at least 2 years old at this point and has been heavily used almost every day.  Is this a sign that the mouse is starting to wear out?   Any feedback would be appreciated.
