fx 8320 overclocking help

so ive been overclocking my cpu and i just have 1 question and that is how hot should i let the socket temp get. with prime 95 the socket gets up to low 70's and the actual core gets to low 60's shoul i be concerned with these temps? and how long can i let them stay that high before damage?
