OITNB substitute?

I have watched all 4 seasons of Orange Is The New Black and since it is so incredibly good it has left a void in my heart.

I am seeking a show which is also very very good.

 

I like a lot of different genres so come with suggestions and I'll take a look at them

 

I have not yet watched Game Of Thrones so maybe that?

I have heard some good stuff about it, including dank memes.

Note:
I don't watch Anime.

Or shows in other languages than English.

There are certain exceptions; if they are very good, then I can settle with English subtitles.
