I Have Pentium B960 ... HM65 Chipset .. And I Want To Upgrade This Cpu ... And I Find The Best Choice For Me It's An i5-3320m : 2Cores , 4Threads , 3MB L3-Cache , 2.6Ghz To 3.1Ghz , 35W TDP , Intel Hd Graphics 4000 .... Is This Chipset Compatable With This Cpu ?? Thanks For Any Useful Answers

it should be its in the same family and generation. dont quote me on that though.

Make sure the laptop can support a 35W CPU. Even a 5W difference in a laptop can be the line between proper operation and overheating
