Whats the best budget webcam

Im doing Alot of pc gear upgrading Even though I only have a i7-2600 and gtx 680 butI need to know what is a really good Streaming Webcam for about 20-35$ also Is my GPU = To a 960 or 950.

You dont really need too good of a webcam to have a good stream, considering that the quality wont be too good for people that have crap to ok internet, this is what I use and probably works for you.

a C525 isnt bad, its 720p, and the C615 is just a little more for 1080p
